Two!!!

Happy Birthday to our bestest little buddy in the world!!! We just adore you and are so glad that you are part of our family. You keep us laughing and entertained all the time! And you keep us on our toes with your spunky little personality. Thanks for so many fun memories in 2 short years Tanman! We love you!!!

Technology

Why do I absolutely love technology? Because this is possible:

We missed the army peeps over in Germany - I wish there was a good family Skype time for them. It's hard enough getting the rest of us on at the same time when we live in 3 different time zones! Yay for Skype and Tokbox!

Family...

Two years ago, we celebrated Thanksgiving in Utah with my fam:

(Don't mind my ginormous body and face - I was 3 weeks from delivering Tanman!)

Last year, we celebrated with Eli's fam in Arizona:


And our turkey was deep fried and the best turkey I've EVER eaten, hands down!
This year, we are celebrating with our new Vermont family! We have always been with family on Thanksgiving and I thought I would be sad and lonely without them this year, but instead, I am excited to be with our friends who have become like family to us. Along with SO many things I'm grateful for this holiday, I'm grateful for amazing friends who have really made our new life in Vermont so good and happy.

Christmas Party ideas PLEASE!!!

Eli and I are in charge of ward activities and we need some ideas for what to do during our ward Christmas breakfast. What are activities you have liked at ward parties? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!! THANKS!!

Happy Halloweeeeeeeen!

We had a fun month celebrating Halloween! This past weekend was packed full of Halloweeny activities. Tan really got into the holiday this year and loved that I let him eat candy a lot. Now I need to hide it because he totally knows that it exists. Here are some pics from our weekend!

This was at our Ward Halloween Party! We were in charge and had a blast planning and running it! Eli and I were grapes and Tan was Mickey. Tanner looks so sad in this picture. He had a rough night following us around as we ran the party. He hated that we couldn't hold him. My favorite quote by him that night was "mommy, balloons all done."

We went trick or treating on Saturday night since Halloween was on Sunday. We are so grateful to many of our neighbors for letting us come to their houses when it wasn't even Halloween yet! Eli was the door greeter on Saturday night! Tan passed out treats on Sunday night and took it quite seriously.

I love how all the kids are at the door and Tan decided to park it on the steps and reach his bucket out as far as he could!

Today was the big ultrasound, and....

It's time to introduce the word "sister" and "girl" into our house!!! And baby dolls, ribbons, PINK, etc, etc, etc!!! McKenzie Morey is cookin' divinely in her luxury accommodations! She even waved and said Hello to us as she chilled in her bubble, feet crossed and everything. And she gave her momma a few good kicks, just to make sure they knew she was gearing up to play in a few months. She's got to keep up with her energetic and feisty big bro!
